We are open Monday through Saturday every week.
Please note that not all exams are available on all days at all times.
All imaging exams require a referral from your physician. Once we have received your doctor’s order by phone or fax, we will call you or you may call us to schedule your exam. We work with you to provide convenient hours that fit in with your busy schedule, including same day appointments, and will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
When calling for an appointment please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Social Security number
- Insurance information
- Location of relevant imaging studies/films done in the past 2 years
- Date of follow up appointment with referring physician

Exam Preparations
Depending on your exam, you may be asked questions to ensure your safety and the appropriateness of the procedure. These issues are explained under Exam Preparation for each modality.

Insurance Issues
Siker Medical Imaging accepts most major insurance plans and will make every effort to assist you with authorization for the ordered exam to verify coverage.

Patient Transportation:
Transportation is provided for our patients who need assistance, at no cost to the patient. Please call our office to arrange this.
Exam Day Check-In:
Please be prepared to arrive 30 minutes prior to your exam to facilitate filling out forms and insurance verification. Patients whose procedures require an oral contrast agent for imaging enhancement will need to arrive an hour ahead of the exam time to drink the contrast. If your exam requires this, you will be notified the day before your exam by telephone.
If you are not able to keep your appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance or as soon as possible.
